The Layout

The apartment is on the ground level of a main home. However, it has its own private entrance and drive way. Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the spacious living room with open space kitchen.

The apartment comes completely furnished and it features 2 bedrooms that share one spacious bathroom. Each bedroom comes with an air conditioner unit.

The outdoor patio is nicely paved and features several areas where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views. There is also a shared communal pool with a nice BBQ area and outdoor shower.

Furthermore, there is a shared laundry room and parking is inside the premises for at least 2 cars.

Rental Price and Cost Overview

Rental price: ANG 1900 per month for a minimum rental period of one year. Deposit is equal to one month rent.

Service costs are ANG 1000 per month and it includes water use, internet, TV Cable, gas for the kitchen, garden and swimming pool maintenance, cleaning of the apartment once per week and the use once per week of the laundry room.

Pets are not allowed.

Jan Thiel Curacao

Jan Thiel is well known for its location: adjacent to the Caribbean Sea and the Spanish Water Lagoon. Depending on your location in Jan Thiel, a drive towards downtown Willemstad will take you 10-20 minutes.
