The storage complex was completed at the beginning of 2020 and is therefore completely new and fresh. The unit has a total surface of 50m2 and a volume of 200m3. This allows you to store a 40ft container of material with ease. The units are built from blocks and fitted with a concrete roof to prevent burglary through the roof. Finally, all units are equipped with an electric overhead door, which can be fitted with remote control if necessary.

The unit that is offered here is the only one with a small office with a toilet and air conditioning to be able to carry out some administrative matters.

Electricity, water, site maintenance, and waste disposal are included in the service charges based on normal usage. Flow offers the possibility to get a fast internet connection at short notice. The installation of air conditioning in the entire storage unit is one of the possibilities.
