Triple Tree Resort (also known as The Hill) is a beautiful condo complex situated on a hill and offering panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea and the 18-holes championship golf course. On this resort with 24/7 security you will find pleasures such as gastronomy, fitness and exciting water sports.
Triple Tree Resort consists of 48 condos, divided over 2 buildings: The Golfbuilding & the Poolbuilding.
Both buildings have the same floor plan and offer 1, 2 or 3 bedroom condos. All with large covered terrace or balcony with great views.
Condos in the Golf Building. This property is located right next to the golf course and condos have wonderful golf course views and sea view (second floor and up). This building offers tranquility, lots of privacy and a nice quiet surrounding.
Condos in the Pool Building: The pool of Triple Tree Resort is located in front of the Pool building so here you have a beautiful view of the pool on the ground floor that especially kids will surely love. Higher floors have great ocean views.
Guests can enjoy the swimming pool area and the tennis courts, 18-holes golfcourse, beach and restaurants on the resort.
All condos come completely furnished and decorated.
As an owner you have the option to use the condo as a permanent residence, for long term rentals or you can advertise the unit on websites such as 'Vacation Rental By Owners', AirBnB or Home Away.
