Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately notice the luxurious and stylish finish. The spacious open kitchen with appliance wall and kitchen island is equipped with all amenities: ceramic hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. All apartments have a sliding door across the entire width of the apartment so you always have a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. Because of the large glass front, all apartments also have lots of natural light. On the large covered terrace you will enjoy the wonderful view along the coastline, passing ships and numerous tropical birds that pass by with great regularity. Also because of its location near the sea there is always a nice breeze.

At the beginning of the corridor are two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. This has a toilet, double sink and walk-in shower. The second bathroom is directly accessible from the hallway. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Finally, there is a storage room with washing machine.

In both the bedrooms and the living room there are economical inverter air conditioners. The entire apartment has a beautiful wood-textured tile floor which creates a wonderful homey atmosphere. All apartments have 220v outlets only. The apartment is stylishly decorated and ready to move in.

Great care has also been taken with the exterior of the apartments. A sleek and modern design provides a timeless character. The garden is landscaped with tropical plants and in the middle there is a beautiful swimming pool, where it is nice to stay. There is ample parking space on both sides of the property.
