This wonderfully light apartment has a spacious balcony and a fantastic view. The apartment has a view over the Spanish Water and the infinity pool. The spacious living room has large sliding doors on one side to the covered balcony/terrace, so that indoor and outdoor space seamlessly flow into each other. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with a hob, large American fridge-freezer, oven/microwave, and dishwasher.

Asking price for the apartment includes the complete furniture, decoration, and appliances. You only have to bring your personal belongings, just move in and start relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean lifestyle in luxury.

The apartment has the right (so it is not an obligation) to become a member of the Cooperative Spanish Water Apartments. This cooperative has a reception just outside the resort. They not only take care of the rental for vacationers but also take care of the maintenance inside the apartments. When you use the apartment yourself as an owner, you also get the same service of course.

Brakkeput Curacao

You will find the district Brakkeput enclosed between the well known luxurious residential areas Jan Sofat and Jan Thiel. What’s in a name: Brakkeput means “well with salty water”. Thanks to this well, Brakkeput Curacao used to be a large plantation. This plantation later on has become three plantations named: Brakkeput Ariba (ariba meaning up), Brakkeput Mei Mei (mei mei meaning middle) and Brakkeput Abou (abou meaning down).

On the location where plantation Brakkeput Abou used to be a very nice residential area, with mainly detached villa’s, has been built in recent years. Here, you will find several houses with very modern architecture, which is rather unique for Curacao.
