On the ground floor of this 2-storey house you will find the spacious kitchen, cozy living room, bathroom with shower (hot water installation) and toilet and handy utility room. On the side where you can park the car you will find a spacious porch and access to the house via the utility room. On the other side of the house is a smaller porch. If you choose this door to enter the house, you will immediately see the stairs leading upstairs.
The two bedrooms are both spacious, both have a large closet and access to the balcony. A wonderful spot where you can cool down by the breeze that you almost always feel here.
The bathroom has a bath, sink, toilet and bidet.

This house is fully furnished, equipped with internet, and can be rented for shorter periods. Pets are welcome.
