This unique apartment is a corner apartment ensuring better wind, light and optimal privacy. From both the front and rear terraces there is (partial and full) view of the Spanish Water and tropical gardens. In the inner garden of the complex is a swimming pool for all residents of the resort. This is located at sufficient distance from the apartment so you will not be inconvenienced by this.

The apartment is located on the second floor. A steel gate is installed to let the apartment blow through even when you are absent. From the hall you can reach the first spacious bedroom with walk-in closet and the (guest) bathroom. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and a large fridge-freezer. By opening the double sliding doors, the already spacious porch becomes one with the living room. Because of the location and height of the apartment there is always a nice breeze blowing through the apartment. The bay window is unique and brings extra space and light into the house.

Through the open staircase in the living room you reach the second floor. On this floor you will find a spacious bedroom with walk-in closet, a second bathroom and a smaller bedroom/study.

Hot water from an electric water heater is available in all bathrooms and in the kitchen.The high ceilings in the living room and upstairs give an extra spatial effect to the apartment.Both 110 and 220 volts are available in the apartment for electronic appliances.

The Teras a la Mer gesort is a cozy resort located just before the traffic circle of Caracasbaaiweg.From the apartment you can easily walk to the various restaurants and water sports activities.Also if you are sports minded then a lovely round of swimming running is right next door.The resort is supervised by Jan Thiel Security for optimal security.There is the possibility to park one car at the resort.
