The hall has a ridge height of 6.50m and at the sides a height of 5.75m. The total area of the industrial space is approximately 1,000m². The industrial space is equipped with 4 electrically operated roller doors, and the hall is constructed with concrete walls topped by and roofed with insulating sandwich panels.

The hall comes standard with two office units and dual sanitary facilities. The unit is equipped with both 110V and 220V power supplies and has its own electricity meter.

Security:
The premises are fully fenced. A site manager is present to open and close the gate. If desired, tenants can subscribe to additional security services with Securitas Antillas. Rent:

Parking:
