Nadat we besloten hadden om te gaan verhuizen naar Curaçao begon onze zoektocht naar een huis. We waren blij dat Nicole snel en adequaat reageerde op onze vragen, dit in tegenstelling tot diverse andere makelaars die we hadden aangeschreven. Ze heeft ons fantastisch geholpen bij het vinden van het perfecte huis voor ons gezin. Nicole weet de juiste wegen te bewandelen op het eiland, kent de juiste mensen en huizen en weet met haar charme de beste deal tussen vragende en biedende partij te bewerkstelligen. Nadat de overeenkomst was getekend, eindigde haar fantastische service niet! Tijdens de verbouwing (op afstand!) heeft ze een oogje in het zeil gehouden en met regelmaat foto’s van de voortgang gestuurd. Bij aankomst met ons gezin met jonge kinderen, heeft zij ons opgehaald en de koelkast gevuld zodat we ontspannen konden ‘landen’ in Curaçao. Erg prettig als mensen meedenken en daarnaast vele tips en tricks meegeven die de start vergemakkelijken op het eiland. Nicole, enorm bedankt voor al je hulp en energie! Leuk je te leren kennen en gelukkig weten we dat we je ongetwijfeld vaak zullen tegenkomen op dit kleine eiland!

Already the preparation – all done via Email – to determine what kind of accomodation should be looked for showed how Sevan is approaching the challenge. Based on a list of criterias he made a list with various ideas from houses, villas to appartements placed on various spots on the Island. In some cases he did precise „advantages and disadvantages“. Coming than to Island last September with the idea to find a final solution Sevan – based on a list we agreed on – toured us around and gave also a lot of explanation. This proofed to be very helpful and we appreciated very much his efforts. After a decision made he organised very well – after our departure – all the necessary administration work with regard to the lawyers, seller etc. What I liked with Sevan was also the fact that he was not just trying to sell but he commented, suggested and explained the various aspects. I consider his attitude combined with his way of being professional as noteworth and very positive. Should I come up again with a situation like this – which might be for my own purpose – I certainly will touch base again with him.

Goede ondersteuning bij het kopen van vastgoed in het buitenland was voor ons essentieel. Remax zorgde ervoor dat de aankoop en de afhandeling zonder problemen is verlopen. Nicole Vetter heeft ons zeer snel van juiste informatie voorzien. Zij dacht mee in mogelijkheden en gaf adviezen om kosten te drukken en risico’s te beperken. Ook het secretariaat reageerde zeer accuraat en bespoedigde de afhandeling bij de notaris. Het bleek dat service geen uitzondering is bij Remax omdat we eerder al contact hadden met Jan-Willem van der Zwet over een ander kavel. Ook van hem ontvingen we uitstekende service. Kortom, de service van Remax heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen.

Ons bedrijf heeft nu reeds twee keer onroerend goed gekocht wat de Heer van Ogtrop in de verkoop had als makelaar zijnde. Bij alle twee de aankopen heeft hij vanaf de eerste bezichtiging tot na de overdracht bij de notaris mij nog voorzien van vele tips en informatie buiten alle documenten om die met de aankoop van onroerendgoed gepaard gaan op een geheel vrijwillige basis. Doordat Dhr van Ogtrop dit soort service verleent is het erg prettig om met hem het hele traject van eerste bezichtiging tot en met de overdracht bij de notaris te doorlopen. Mocht ons bedrijf in de toekomst nog onroerend goed gaan aankopen/verkopen dan zal ik zeker gebruik maken bovengenoemde makelaar.

Nick Vervoord was our real estate agent and helped us find our dream vacation property in Blue Bay. Nick went above and beyond what one would expect of a real estate agent especially when we were trying to buy a property during Covid. Since we live in Canada we could not do any of the paperwork in person. Nick did absolutely everything for us to make sure the deal closed.
