The apartment is part of a complex with three residential units. All units are built and situated in such a way that privacy is guaranteed. The fully enclosed parking garage is accessible from the public road with an electric roller door. So you can get in and out completely closed and safe.

Through the covered garage you can access the apartment through the side garden, with some fruit trees. The modern and open kitchen with cooking island is spacious and fully equipped with: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a very complete inventory.

The living and dining area is cozy and modern with furniture and art designed by a local artist. The modern materials and tightly plastered walls, in combination with the furniture and art, give a warm and cohesive feeling. There is an air conditioner to cool the living and dining room.

All bedrooms are equipped with double beds (various sizes), modern air conditioners and ample closet space. Two of the three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, the third bathroom is accessible from the central hall and also functions as a guest toilet. Through the sliding doors from the living room you reach the covered and wide porch with a beautiful view over the Spanish Water. The outdoor area features a large dining table and lounge area. The porch flows seamlessly into a characteristic wooden deck with (sun) beds and access to the Spanish Water and the jetty.

Next to the apartment is the swimming pool that all three residential units can use. The pool is sufficiently shielded to ensure privacy.

The rental price is: ANG 7500,00 and must be paid to the landlord in ANG.

Spanish Water
The Spanish Water is a beautiful, protected lagoon with an exit to the Caribbean Sea. It is located on the southeast coast of Curaçao, east of Willemstad, and is a true water sports mecca. On the north side there are many beautiful bays and small islands with mangrove trees and coral reefs. You will also find various sailing schools, yacht clubs and cozy harbor bars, restaurants and other entertainment around the Spanish Water. It is ideal for exploring with a sailboat, dinghy, boat, kayak or SUP board.

Brakkeput Curacao

You will find the district Brakkeput enclosed between the well known luxurious residential areas Jan Sofat and Jan Thiel. What’s in a name: Brakkeput means “well with salty water”. Thanks to this well, Brakkeput Curacao used to be a large plantation. This plantation later on has become three plantations named: Brakkeput Ariba (ariba meaning up), Brakkeput Mei Mei (mei mei meaning middle) and Brakkeput Abou (abou meaning down).

On the location where plantation Brakkeput Abou used to be a very nice residential area, with mainly detached villa’s, has been built in recent years. Here, you will find several houses with very modern architecture, which is rather unique for Curacao.
