The apartments are suitable as a starter home or as a 50+ home for people who want to live smaller.

The former Plantation Blaauw has a perfect central location close to the popular neigbourhoods of Julianadorp, Curasol and of course Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort. This wonderful resort has lots of amenities like an 18-holes golf course, restaurants, tennis courts and of course a white sandy beach.
Kokomo Beach is another beautiful beach that is just a few minutes away just like
Sambill Shopping Mall and a big supermarket. Downtown Willemstad is just ten minutes by car and here you will find lots of shopping, museums and restaurants.
