From the living room you enter the partially covered balcony. On the balcony you have a beautiful view of the golf course and sea and enjoy a cooling breeze. Living room and porch can be fully integrated by opening the large sliding door. The high ceiling enhances the spacious feeling. The living room/kitchen is also air-conditioned.

You enter the three bedrooms through the hallway. The spacious master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom that can be used by the two remaining bedrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned. The apartment can be used by a total of six people.

A beautiful communal swimming pool with sun terrace is located on the lower level of the complex. You can easily enter the apartment from the parking lot at the top of the complex.

Apartments can therefore be rented on a long-term basis or to holidaymakers, both options are allowed. Apartments can of course also be used as a permanent residence.
