Residence Le Bleu offers a total of 32 apartments in eight classic Caribbean-style buildings. Each building consists of 2 ground-floor apartments and 2 penthouses, all with stunning sea views and access to a garage box.

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant living environment, tourist rentals are excluded. Properties are only rented for long-term stays, with a minimum rental period of 12 months.
