The park consists of 11 residential units ranging from apartments for 2 people to a holiday home for 6 people. All accommodation units are surrounded by a well-maintained tropical garden with 2 swimming pools.

The most famous and beautiful beaches of Curaçao with all water sports facilities can be reached in 5-15 minutes by car. Snorkeling and diving are especially popular in this northwestern part of the island. Curaçao's two national parks (Christoffel Park and Shete Boca Park) are also located in the northwest of the island and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. These are the highlights for all holidaymakers. There is also a mango plantation worth seeing (Hofi Mango) and a park called Hofi Abou, where the oldest tree in Curaçao can be found. Banda Abou is also known for its beautiful nature and the opportunity to take long walks.
