Residents of Residence Le Bleu can enjoy a beautiful communal pool with a palapa and artificial grass. Each apartment also comes with a Blue Bay beach pass for exclusive access to the beach club.
There are two private parking spaces per apartment. Located on a hill in Blue Bay Heights — the most exclusive part of Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort — the penthouse offers cooling trade winds and panoramic island views.
Short-term rentals are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful residential environment. Security is professionally managed by the Blue Bay Resort.

Living Room & Kitchen

The penthouse is accessed via a staircase on the side of the building. Upon entry, a spacious and bright living room welcomes you with high ceilings that create an airy and open atmosphere. Two sliding doors lead out to a large covered terrace with views of the tropical garden and the sea.
At the rear of the living room is a luxurious semi-open kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances including a combi oven/microwave and a dishwasher. The living room and terrace blend into one large living space when the doors are fully opened — perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Upstairs, you'll find a loft area ideal for a home office, along with a bedroom that has its own en-suite bathroom.
On the main floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with its own bathroom and private balcony.
All rooms have air conditioning and high-quality, low-maintenance tilt-and-turn windows and doors made in Germany. Combined with wall insulation, the AC system offers up to 30% savings on electricity for cooling.

At the resort itself, you will find a beach with crystal-clear water, a restaurant, dive shop, massage pavilion, tennis courts, and of course, the 18-hole golf course. The center of Willemstad is only a 10-minute drive away, and the west coast of Curaçao is easily accessible.
