The holiday homes are well built for the wind and all have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 porches. The resort is spacious, so that you can enjoy your privacy at every home. You also have a truly beautiful view from every home. The paths between the houses are very good and each house has enough space to park the car. There is a deepwell and a drip system so that the flowers, plants and trees present are in bloom. In the middle of the resort is a spacious pool deck with a small swimming pool to cool off in. If you prefer the sea, Cas Abou Beach is literally around the corner.Also with possible expansion of plots.

Cas Abou or
Cas Abao is an oasis of peace and quiet in a gated community situated in rural Banda Abou. The resort is widely known for its large clean and sandy beach: Cas Abou Beach, one of the prettiest beaches on Curaçao.
The waterfront resort is located on the road to Westpunt, approximately a 30 minute drive from downtown Willemstad and the airport. The roads from Willemstad to Cas Abou are new and in good condition.

Houses on Cas Abao Resort may be used as a permanent residence but they can also be used for long term or short term rentals.
